This course blends hands-on grooming fundamentals with advanced styling, animal behaviour, safety, & client communication. You’ll learn to create consistent, calm grooming experiences for pets of all temperaments, breed-appropriate cuts & modern trims as well as sanitation & safety protocols that protect pets & groomers alike. Built from real-world experience in Elora, Ontario, our curriculum emphasizes ethical care, confidence under pressure, & techniques you can use immediately in a salon or mobile setup.

Tuition Cost
The total cost is $2,950 with a $500 deposit due upon registering; both the deposit & the remaining balance are non-refundable, as we adjust our salon schedule & resources to accommodate enrolled students.
What’s Included?
Comprehensive hands-on training covering grooming techniques for pet’s. You will learn absolutely everything you need to know about breed-specific cuts, handling & safety, skin & coat health, basic nail, ear & dental care, as well as salon sanitation.
The use of our professional tools & products during practical sessions.
A textbook provided for ongoing reference & review.
Guided creation of a professional portfolio showcasing before-and-after photos & detailed notes on each grooming case.
Certificate of completion issued upon successfully meeting course requirements.
Ongoing career guidance: tips for job searching, interviewing, & starting work in grooming salons or as an independent groomer.
Duration & Outcomes
Course Length: 3 weeks, totaling 40 hours of instruction & hands-on experience.
Outcome: Graduates receive a certificate that enables them to begin working in the grooming field immediately.
