  • We ask you please be patient with us. Think of how long your hair dresser takes to wash, blow dry & cut your hair. We ask you please give us 2-3 hours minimum as animals do have a TON of hair to wash, blow dry, clip & snip.

  • As with any appointment based service business we ask you respectfully give us at least 24 hours notice of any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a no show fee of the full grooming cost.

  • We will ALWAYS send an automated text message to the number given to us at drop off when your pet is finished. Please arrive no more than 45 minutes after you have received our message. We have the right to charge you a fee of $15 per 10 minutes that you are late.

  • We will ALWAYS try to groom aggressive animals. We hold the right to refuse services at any point during the grooming process if your pet becomes too stressed or dangerous to groom. Our main focus is to keep your pet’s & our groomers safe. You will still be charged the full grooming fee.

  • Grooming has the ability to expose hidden medical problems or aggravate current ones. This can happen during or after grooming. Groomers will inform owners of any issues that arise during the grooming session. We take every precaution necessary to avoid any accidents with our tools however sometimes these things do happen working with sharp tools & wiggly pets. Medical expenses for vet care will be covered by the pet’s owner.

  • We accept CASH or E-TRANSFER.
